Solid performance from the Thing and the flamey guy, the acting from the rest of the cast was a bit loose, but hey. Pretty fly effects and some tight action scenes interspersed with some pretty damn good sentimental character scenes. Let down by... I dunno. I just wasn't grabbed by it, it lacked something. Dunno. I might have to watch it again now, just to identify the lack.
All in all a fairly good movie. Not great, but fairly good.
