OK, so I am gonna buy it on DVD, but that's because I am a starwars fanboy. Intrinsically it does not deserve a place in my collection, it could (and should) have been way better. Full on black masked Vader is only in it for a bit at the end, and is not very impressive, Order 66 sucks almost as much as midichlorians, and the fall of the Jedi temple was rushed. Fights were ok-to-lame, with everyone in the cinema going "Oh come on, just stab him" when Greivous is buggering about, and the colours and lighting in the climatic (uhuh, climatic, yeah) Obi Wan vs Anakin duel meant you could hardly tell who was who. That said, there was some nice foreshadowing in the shape of the clone troopers armour and the senate capitol ships. Definately around the same standard of Episodes 1 and 2, if you enjoyed them, you should enjoy this, if you hated them and vowed never to be stung again, don't bother with Episode 3.
