Ok. Cool CGI, and really well thought out future tech (water based and material transformations). Guns are still guns, though the police gatling needler was nice.
Unfortunatly let down by stilted acting, crazy jumpy plot and a crazy jumpy plot (I know I said that twice, but it was really confusing).

Lead actress is a honey, the setting is well thought out, and there are a few twists.
I'd watch it again, mainly to try and figure out the plot a bit and sort out the characters based on how I know it ends, but it can wait for DVD for that.
